Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Vortex-Labs Affiliate Programme. By applying and participating, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Application & Approval

All affiliate applications are reviewed manually. We reserve the right to approve or decline any application at our sole discretion.

If your application is successful, you will receive your unique affiliate discount code and programme details by email.

By joining the Vortex-Labs Affiliate Programme, you agree to receive occasional emails regarding programme updates, commission payments, or changes to these Terms & Conditions.

Applicants must provide accurate information throughout the application process. We reserve the right to reject applications from individuals or businesses that:

• Promote illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content.

• Misrepresent or imitate the Vortex-Labs brand.

• Resell Vortex-Labs products.

• Operate in a way that conflicts with our business standards or values.

This list is not exhaustive, and Vortex-Labs reserves the right to refuse any application without providing a reason.

2. Commission & Payments

Approved affiliates will receive a unique Vortex-Labs discount code that provides customers with 10% off their order. Affiliates will earn 10% commission on all qualifying purchases made using their assigned discount code.

Vortex-Labs manually tracks all qualifying sales associated with each affiliate's discount code. As we do not provide an affiliate dashboard or tracking portal, commission balances and payment information will be provided upon request.

Commissions are calculated on completed orders only and will not be paid on orders that are cancelled, refunded, returned, or subject to chargebacks.

The minimum payout threshold is £50. Once your commission balance reaches £50 or more, you may request payment by bank transfer. Following a successful payout, your commission balance will reset to £0, and new commission will begin accumulating until the £50 threshold is reached again.

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details and for complying with any tax obligations applicable in their country of residence.

Vortex-Labs reserves the right to amend commission rates, customer discount rates, payout thresholds, or payment terms at any time. Where possible, affiliates will be given reasonable notice of any significant changes.

Affiliates may not use their own discount code to earn commission on personal purchases.

3. Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates are welcome to promote Vortex-Labs using their assigned discount code through:

• Personal websites or blogs.

• Social media platforms.

• Email newsletters sent to subscribers who have opted in.

• Podcasts, videos, or other original content.

• Direct recommendations to individuals who may have a genuine interest in our products.

Affiliates must always represent Vortex-Labs honestly, professionally, and accurately.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Sending spam or unsolicited promotional messages.

• Making false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about Vortex-Labs or its products.

• Claiming or implying that Vortex-Labs products are intended for human or animal consumption, diagnosis, treatment, therapeutic use, or performance enhancement.

• Making medical, health, bodybuilding, weight-loss, anti-ageing, or other therapeutic claims about any Vortex-Labs products.

• Pretending to represent or be employed by Vortex-Labs.

• Using paid advertising that impersonates or competes directly with the Vortex-Labs brand.

• Publishing affiliate discount codes on coupon or voucher websites without prior written permission from Vortex-Labs.

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in immediate removal from the Affiliate Programme and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

4. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice via email.

Vortex-Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate's participation immediately if these Terms & Conditions are breached or if promotional activities are considered harmful to our business, reputation, or customers.

Any commission earned through activities that violate these Terms & Conditions may be withheld.

5. General

Affiliates participate in the programme as independent contractors and are not employees, partners, agents, or representatives of Vortex-Labs.

Affiliates have no authority to make commitments, enter into agreements, or act on behalf of Vortex-Labs.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued participation in the Affiliate Programme constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

Affiliates may withdraw from the programme at any time by notifying Vortex-Labs via email.
