Pre-Order Items

If your order contains one or more pre-order products, the entire order will be held until all items are available.

Pre-order stock is generally expected to arrive within 7–14 working days from the date your order is placed, although this timeframe is an estimate and may occasionally vary.

Once all items are in stock, your complete order will be dispatched together.

Combined Orders

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we do not ship items separately.

Instead, your order will be dispatched in a single shipment once every item is ready.

This means your in-stock products will be held until the pre-order items become available.
